About

How I got here, and what keeps me going.

I'm a Product Designer with 5+ years of experience working on complex, workflow-driven products. I studied Cognitive Psychology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and that background still shapes how I approach design — I'm drawn to understanding how people actually think through a task, not just how they interact with a screen.

I enjoy tackling problems where things aren't clearly defined. In my experience, the most impactful work comes from reframing the problem — stepping back from what was initially asked and rethinking how the product should work at a structural level. I partner closely with product and engineering to find those opportunities.

I care about edge cases, real-world usage, and solutions that hold up as products evolve. I'm at my best when the work is layered and messy, and the goal is to make it feel simple.

Outside of design, you'll find me going on photo walks, playing pickleball, or reading sci-fi at the park.
